Refund Policy

At JQ Premium, we want everyone feel satisfied with the projects we fulfill. If you experience any concerns with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Our goal is always to make things right, whether that means returning to address quality concerns or offering reasonable solutions to issues that may have occurred, we are here to help you.

Each service is catered to your property; we do not provide automatic refunds. Any adjustments, credits, or other resolutions will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of JQ Premium LLC.

We stand by the quality of our work and appreciate the opportunity to address any issues directly with our customers.

If any issue occurs and there is a reason by which the service must be canceled after booking with us, contact us ASAP. Full refunds can be distributed within 72 hours of booking a service a week prior. 48 hours after booking a service 5 days prior. 24 hours after booking one 3 days prior. If the service is to be performed the next day or two after booking, or if cancelation occurs after these deadlines, only 50% of the service can be refunded at that time excluding sales tax.
