2. Estimates & Payments

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements are made.

  • We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.

  • Late payments may be subject to a service charge.

3. Scheduling & Access

  • Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property.

  • If we cannot perform the work due to locked gates, unsafe conditions, or other access issues, a trip charge may apply.

  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances may require us to reschedule service.

4. Cancellations

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  • J&Q Services reserves the right to reschedule or cancel service in cases of unsafe weather, property hazards, or other reasonable concerns.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please remove fragile items, valuables, or obstructions from work areas.

  • Notify us of any pre-existing damage, hazards, or special conditions on the property.

  • J&Q Services is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, defective materials, or normal wear and tear.

6. Liability & Insurance

  • J&Q Services carries liability insurance to protect both our team and clients.

  • We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages outside the scope of the agreed service.

7. Warranty & Satisfaction

  • We stand by the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied, notify us within 48 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

  • No warranty is provided for conditions beyond our control (e.g., weather, environmental debris).

8. Use of Website

  • All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of J&Q Services and may not be copied or reused without permission.

  • The website may contain links to third-party sites; J&Q Services is not responsible for their content.

9. Changes to Terms
